Changed Your Mind? Wrong Size or Style? No Problem.

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. As long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and tags are intact, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items must be returned in brand new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Apparel must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.

Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if original items are not received in acceptable condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer service team at support@bpclothing.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and our team will provide you with return instructions.

Refund Options

Exchange: Free of charge for eligible items.

Store Credit: Issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

Refund to Original Payment Method: A small return shipping fee may apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Product Quality Issues

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue with your product, please contact us at support@bpclothing.shop within 90 days of purchase. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos so we can assist you promptly.
